Abstract:
The present invention relates to beet juice having good intestinal uptake. More specifically, beet juice can be prepared wherein: cellulose is degraded by living yeasts and enzymes through low-temperature aging; beet molecules are associated with natural apple sugar to increase in intestinal uptake; the characteristic odor of beet is removed by baking the beet; and the characteristic taste and bitter taste of beet are reduced by mixing with carrot juice, apple juice, and lemon juice.
