Abstract:
This behavior induction system (200) is provided with: an acquisition unit (10) which acquires biological information of a target person and a non-target person; a communication unit (50) which communicates with a first device (111) that makes a presentation to induce behavior of the target person and a second device (112) that is operated by the non-target person so as to order the first device (111) to make a presentation; and a control unit (40) which, on the basis of the acquired biological information about the target person and the non-target person, controls the first device (111) and/or second device (112) by way of the communication unit (50). The control unit (40) is provided with: an evaluation unit (20) for evaluating the mental state of the target person and the non-target person on the basis of the acquired biological information; and a determination unit (30) for determining, on the basis of a result of evaluation by the evaluation unit (20), the content of control to be performed for the first device (111) and/or second device (112). The communication unit (50) outputs the content of control to the first device (111) and/or the second device (112).
