Abstract:
The purpose of the present disclosure is to improve the accuracy of predicting whether a user visits a facility. A query unit (11) transmits question information to a portable terminal (3) carried by a user who is a prediction subject, the question information for querying an intent to visit a facility during a first period which is after a prediction time point. A response reception unit (12) receives response information from the portable terminal (3), the response information indicating an intent to visit the facility. An assessment unit (13) assesses the reliability of the response information during a second period, which is prior to the prediction time point, on the basis of a plurality of response information received from the portable terminal (3), and a track record for visits during the second period obtained from a positioning result from a positioning system (2). The positioning system (2) measures the position of the portable terminal (3) within the facility. A prediction unit (14) predicts whether a user subject to prediction visits the facility during the first period on the basis of: the response information received from the portable terminal (3) at the prediction time point; and the results of comparing high values and low values of the reliability and a threshold.
