Abstract:
The present invention provides a behavioral change promotion device that promotes a behavioral change in each of predetermined subject users, the behavioral change promotion device comprising: a calculation unit that calculates, for each subject user on the basis of user information (first user information) in which features related to each subject user are recorded, a continuity level indicating whether or not to continue with a behavioral change and a behavioral change effect indicating an effect of implementing a behavioral change for each of a predetermined plurality of behavioral change types; a selection unit that selects, for each subject user on the basis of the continuity level and behavioral change effect calculated by the calculation unit, a behavioral change type to present to the user from among the plurality of behavioral change types; and a promotion unit that promotes a behavioral change in each user on the basis of the behavioral change type to present to the user that has been selected by the selection unit.
