Abstract:
A belt conveyor according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a conveyor belt that conveys articles to be conveyed; a trough that supports the conveyor belt with air therebetween; an air supply line that supplies air between the conveyor belt and the trough; and a pressure-fluctuation suppressing device that is provided in the air supply line and that can suppress pressure fluctuations having a certain frequency by generating pressure fluctuations that interfere with the pressure fluctuations having the certain frequency occurring in the air supply line.
