Abstract:
A belt-free fully-automatic mechanical truck sampling system comprising: an operation platform (1) comprising a transport channel (14) and a sliding rail (11) extending along a first direction, the transport channel (14) being disposed below the sliding rail (11) and configured to allow a truck to pass; a first machine frame (12) configured to be slidable along the sliding rail (11); a sampling mechanism (2) configured to sample a material from a truck bed (13) and be slidable along a second direction, the first direction being perpendicular to the second direction, and the first direction and the second direction being arranged horizontally. An integrated sample preparation assembly (100) comprises a rejected material return mechanism (6), a feed machine (3), a crusher (4), a constant-mass divider (5), and a sample retaining container (7). The feed machine (3) is configured to deliver the material to the crusher (4). The crusher (4) is configured to crush the material and deliver the crushed material to the constant-mass divider (5). The constant-mass divider (5) is configured to divide the crushed material into sample material and rejected material, and to deliver the sample material to the sample retaining container (7) and deliver the rejected material to the rejected material return mechanism (6).
