Abstract:
A bending and cutting integrated apparatus for steel bars for architectural engineering, comprising a frame (1). A bending chamber (2) and a cutting chamber (3) are provided inside the frame (1), a driving motor (4) is fixed to one end inside the bending chamber (2), a reverse twin-twist screw (5) is fixed to the output end of the driving motor (4), two thread sections are provided on the outer side of the reverse twin-twist screw (5), the rotational directions of threads of the two thread sections are opposite, the frame (1) and the reverse twin-twist screw (5) are rotatably connected, first sliding rails (6) are respectively fixed to the two sides inside the bending chamber (2), first sliding blocks (7) are slidably connected to the tops of the first sliding rails (6), first bending mechanisms (8) are fixed to the tops of the first sliding blocks (7), and second bending mechanisms (9) are assembled inside the first bending mechanisms (8). Also disclosed is a use method for the bending and cutting integrated apparatus for the steel bars for architectural engineering. According to the integrated apparatus and the use method therefor, when the steel bars are bent by the apparatus, the positions of the steel bars are no longer needed to be repeatedly adjusted, and one-time forming can be achieved, thereby improving the production efficiency, and reducing the workload of operators.
