Abstract:
A bending method for a bent profile for a lower stringer of a civil aircraft wing, comprising the following steps: S1, resetting of a bending device; S2, positioning of a workbench; S3, pre-stretching; S4, profile positioning; S5, mold positioning; S6, profile bending; S7, bending and shaping; S8, unloading; and S9, profile cutting. By using the bending method, a heat treatment process after bending is avoided, the shape, position and size of a profile are ensured, the bending angle deviation is small, and the percent of pass is high.
