Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a bending molding tool that has a simple configuration and makes it possible to quickly and reliably bend a rod-shaped body in XYZ three-dimensional directions, the bending molding tool comprising a pair of molding tools 10 and 20 which are clamped in the Z direction. The pair of molding tools respectively have rod-shaped body molding concave parts 11 and 21 and rod-shaped body guide parts 12 and 22 that guide a rod-shaped body to the rod-shaped body molding concave parts. The rod-shaped body molding concave parts are each formed in a semi-circular shape in section defining a long cylindrical cavity for molding the rod-shaped body, which is bent in the XYZ three-dimensional directions between the pair of molding tools when the pair of molding tools are clamped. The rod-shaped body guide parts are formed in a V-shape spreading outward from both sides of the rod-shaped body molding concave parts having the semi-circular shape in section.
