Abstract:
Disclosed are a bending pressure maintaining unit and a product bending production line. The bending pressure maintaining unit comprises a first bending device provided on a first bending station, a second bending device provided on a second bending station, downward-pressing auxiliary bending devices corresponding to the first bending station and the second bending station, and a pressure maintaining device provided on a pressure maintaining station. Under the assistance of the downward-pressing auxiliary bending devices, the first bending device bends portions to be bent of multiple products in a first direction at the same time, the second bending device continues to bend the multiple bent portions that has been bent in the first direction in a second direction at the same time, and the first direction is perpendicular to the second direction; the pressure maintaining device performs pressure maintaining at the same time on all the bent portions which has been bent in the second direction. The product bending production line comprises a multi-station rotary table device, a product conveying device, a product feeding device, a product discharging device, and the bending pressure maintaining unit. The present invention can meet high requirements for a height, a position degree, consistency and the like after bending, and ensures the yield of products; moreover, the production efficiency is high, and the universality is high.
