Abstract:
A bent-over row machine according to an embodiment of the present invention may comprise: a base frame disposed to come into contact with the ground; a main frame coupled to the top surface of the base frame and positioned upright in the vertical direction; a support unit which is fixed to a point on the top surface of the base frame so as to support a user's body, is arranged to be foldable, and has a standing angle and a height that can be adjusted; a pair of rotation motion units linked to the main frame and arranged to slope toward both lower sides of the support unit; a pair of handle units which are coupled to one-side ends of the pair of rotation motion units, respectively, are arranged so as to be held by the user to rotate the rotation motion units, and have adjustable angles; a first footrest inclinedly seated on the other side of the top surface of the base frame so as to support the user's feet while the user is standing up; and a second footrest coupled to one side of the base frame so as to support the user's feet while the user is leaning against the support unit.
