Abstract:
The present invention relates to a benzodihydropyran compound which has the effects of countering hepatitis B virus and coronavirus, especially SARS-CoV-2, a preparation method therefor and uses thereof. Specifically, the present invention provides a preparation method for and uses of a compound as shown in formula I. The uses comprise the prevention, treatment or mitigation of hepatitis B virus infectious diseases and coronavirus infectious diseases. The compound provided by the present invention has strong activity against hepatitis B virus and coronavirus, especially SARS-CoV-2, and can be used as an active ingredient to prepare anti-hepatitis B virus or anti-coronavirus drugs or pharmaceutical compositions in conjunction with a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier or excipient.
