Abstract:
A benzoxazine resin, a preparation method, and an adhesive. The benzoxazine resin has the following molecular formula (I), wherein R1, R2, R3, and R4 are each independently selected from -H, an alkyl group, an alkoxy group, a cycloalkyl group, and an aryl group, and at least one group is -H; X1 is an alkyl group or/and an alkoxy group having a long chain structure on a main chain or side chain; and X2 is one or more of an alkyl group having a single bond, an ether group, an alkoxy group, an alkyl ester group, a carbonyl group, a sulfone group, and a thioether group, and the number n of imide group repeating units is 1-150. The benzoxazine resin has a low dielectric constant and low dielectric loss, and can meet the requirements of high-frequency flexible copper clad laminates for adhesion, tin soldering resistance and the like.
