Abstract:
This beverage container comprises a beverage container main body (10) and a lid material (1) that closes an opening in the beverage container main body (10). A container mouth (2) and a groove (3) are provided in the lid material (1), the groove (3) being for attaching an aroma housing container (5) provided above the container mouth (2). When a person puts their mouth on the container mouth and drinks, the groove (3) is in a position facing the nose of the person. The aroma housing container (5) comprises an aroma housing container main body and lid for closing the mouth thereof. A porous substance impregnated with an aromatic oil is housed inside the aroma housing container main body and an effect from the aromatic fragrance can be obtained , even when drinking water or plain hot water, and the aromatic oil is unlikely to adhere to the fingers or face.
