Abstract:
Provided are a beverage extraction filter and a beverage extraction bag. This beverage extraction filter (1) comprises: a bag-shaped filter body (3) in which a pair of base materials face each other; an upper adhesion part (7) that is adhered so as to face the outer surface of the filter body (3), and is adhered to the upper part of the filter body (3) in the horizontal direction; a central adhesion part (8) that extends downward from the horizontal-direction center of the upper adhesion part (7); arm parts (9) that extend upward in a V shape along both lateral edges of the central adhesion part (8) and extend in the left-right direction and separate from each other at the upper end; and a holder (4) that has two of the arm parts (9), (9) and a latching part (10) that is continuous on both left and right ends of the arm parts and is formed to surround the sides and bottoms of the arm parts (9), (9), the latching part separating from the filter body (3) and latching on the outer peripheral surface of a container, wherein an upper fold line (25) that extends in the up-down direction and causes the upper section of the latching part (10) to follow the container is formed between the arm parts (9), (9) and the latching part (10).
