Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are a beverage hydrogen-dissolving amount adjustment system and method, relating to the field of functional beverage preparation. The system comprises a hydrogen injection device, a pH-responsive micronano elastic film, a film pressure sensor, a pH measurer, and a hydrogen dissolution measurer. The beverage hydrogen-dissolving amount adjustment method comprises: provide the beverage hydrogen-dissolving amount adjustment system in a beverage, and start the hydrogen injection device at the inner side of the pH-responsive micronano elastic film; when the amount of hydrogen is low, the pH-responsive micronano elastic film shrinks and pores are closed; when the amount of hydrogen is high, the pH-responsive micronano elastic film expands, the pores are opened, and dissolution is increased; the film pressure sensor and the measurers feed back the degree of the hydrogen dissolution adjusted in the beverage, and bottle filling is performed. The solution is intelligent and efficient, the hydrogen-dissolving amount (0.5-3.0 ppm; pH 8.0-10.0) can be self-adjusted according to different beverage requirements, and a product has no exogenous additive, and has good taste and an excellent health function.
