Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide: a beverage having an enhanced alcoholic feel; and a method for enhancing an alcoholic feel of a beverage. The present invention pertains to a beverage or the like that contains: at a total concentration of 100 ppb or more, one or more fatty acids having 8-18 carbon atoms; and, at a total concentration of 100 ppb or more, at least one ethyl ester of a fatty acid having 12-18 carbon atoms. Among the fatty acids, the concentration of a fatty acid contained most abundantly is less than 500 ppb.
