Abstract:
The saturation characteristic of a high-frequency amplifier of when a high-power high-frequency signal is inputted is improved. The mass-productivity of an integrated high-frequency amplifier is also improved. A bias supply circuit (110) supplies a bias for operating a semiconductor amplifier element (120). The semiconductor amplifier element (120) supplied with the bias receives a high-frequency input signal (121) through an input terminal (122), amplifies it, and outputs the amplified signal from an output terminal (123). When the power of the high-frequency input signal (121) increases and consequently the bias supplied to the semiconductor amplifier element (120) by the bias supply circuit (110) fluctuates, a bias fluctuation suppression section (111) suppresses the fluctuation of the bias.
