Abstract:
Provided in the present invention are a biaxially-oriented polylactic acid thin film for preventing glue reverse-sticking and a preparation method therefor. The biaxially-oriented polylactic acid thin film for preventing glue reverse-sticking comprises a glue reverse-sticking prevention surface layer, a polylactic acid anti-adhesion layer, and a polylactic acid resin layer located between the glue reverse-sticking prevention surface layer and the polylactic acid anti-adhesion layer; the raw materials of the glue reverse-sticking prevention surface layer comprise a polylactic acid resin and a glue reverse-sticking prevention masterbatch, the glue reverse-sticking prevention masterbatch comprising polylactic acid resin, polysiloxane and derivatives thereof, an anti-bonding agent, and a slipping agent; the raw material of the polylactic acid resin layer is a polylactic acid resin; and the raw materials of the polylactic acid resin anti-adhesion layer comprise a polylactic acid resin and a functional masterbatch, the functional masterbatch comprising a polylactic acid resin, an anti-bonding agent and a slipping agent. The thin film has good processability and good reverse-sticking prevention, eliminates a coating treatment procedure, is suitable for use in a traditional BOPP adhesive tape coating production line, has a low amount of precipitation and transfer, and is particularly suitable for use in a biaxially-oriented polylactic acid pressure-sensitive adhesive tape.
