A biaxially stretched bottle having a pair of foldable holders provided on both sides of a neck part and formed in a structure capable of structurally increasing a durable strength of a base part and a connection part without remarkably changing the structure of the holders and being adopted also to a large PET bottle of approx. 10 liters, wherein the pair of U-shape holders obtained by forming a holding part integrally with an arm part on both sides are formed connectingly with both ends of the base part (7) through an extension piece formed at an objective position on both side surfaces of the neck part, the arm parts of the holders and the connection part of the base part are formed thinner in wall thickness and both holders are formed foldably in vertical direction on both sides of the neck part, a bracket is formed integrally extending from a lower surface of the base part near both ends to the side surface of the neck part to prevent the base part (7) from being deformed or damaged, and a stopper limiting the excessive folding of the holders is installed projectedly on the upper surface of the base part.
