Abstract:
The present invention provides a biaxially stretched degradable film, comprising layer A, layer B and layer C which are in contact with each other in sequence. Layer A comprises the following raw materials according to mass percentage: 83 to 85% of heat-sealing masterbatch A, 2 to 3% of a slipping agent, 2 to 3% of anti-sticking agent A, 3 to 5% of anti-static agent A, and 4 to 10% polylactic acid. Layer B comprises the following raw materials according to mass percentage: 80 to 90% polylactic acid, 1 to 5% of an initiator, and 5 to 15% maleic anhydride. Layer C comprises the following raw materials according to mass percentage: 85 to 88% of heat-sealing masterbatch C, 2 to 5% of anti-sticking agent C, 3 to 5% of antistatic agent C, and 2 to 10% polylactic acid. In the present invention, the modified polylactic acid is compounded with modified polypropylene, so that the other properties of the film may largely meet requirements of existing packaging films for cigarettes while meeting requirements for degradability. The present invention also provides a preparation method for the biaxially stretched degradable film.
