Title:
BIDIRECTIONAL CIRCULATING INCLINED MOVING SIDEWALK
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2017/092112
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
A bidirectional circulating inclined moving sidewalk comprises a connection shaft (3), a plurality of supporting pallets (4) connected in series by the connection shaft (3). A main supporting shaft (10) is disposed at a bottom surface of each of the supporting pallets (4), and a guiding track frame is disposed at a lower portion of the supporting pallets (4). Two side supporting shafts (5) are disposed symmetrically at two sides of the main supporting shaft (10) and on a same horizontal plane as the main supporting shaft (10). Supporting roller wheels (6) matching a middle guiding track on the guiding track frame are disposed on the two side supporting shafts (5), respectively. Driving teeth plates (2) are disposed at two sides of the supporting pallets (4) and fixed on the main supporting shaft (10). Main shaft bearings (11) are disposed on the driving teeth plates (2) and matching the main supporting shaft (10). Three roller wheel bearings (12) are arranged with a triangular configuration at two sides and a lower portion of the main shaft bearings (11). Roller wheel axles (8) (9) are disposed in all the three roller wheel bearings (12). Top roller wheels (1) are disposed on the roller wheel axles (8) (9). The moving sidewalk is adopted in a bidirectional circulating inclined escalator system, and drives the bidirectional circulating inclined escalator system by engaging a driving machine and the driving teeth plates, are employed for movement in an upwards or downward direction, thereby achieving the goal of conserving energy.
