Abstract:
The present invention relates to a bidirectional conductive sheet, a preparation method thereof, a bidirectional conductive multilayered sheet, and a semiconductor test socket. According to the present invention, the bidirectional conductive sheet comprises: a base structural portion having a three-dimensional networked structure; a conductive metal portion for coating the surface of the three-dimensional networked structure of the base structural portion; and an insulating elastic portion for filling the empty space of the three-dimensional networked structure, prepared with an electrically insulating material. Accordingly, it is possible to remarkably reduce the manufacturing costs of semiconductor test sockets which are used in semiconductor device manufacturing process inspections.
