Abstract:
A bifunctional chimeric heterocyclic compound of interleukin-1 receptor-associated kinase 4 (IRAK4) represented by formula (I), a preparation method therefor, a pharmaceutical composition thereof and use thereof. The compound recruits IRAK4 to ubiquitin ligases, thereby promoting IRAK4 ubiquitination and IRAK4 degradation by proteasomes. Research findings show that the compound demonstrates relatively good IRAK4 degradation activity and thus can be used for treating IRAK4-mediated diseases.
