Abstract:
Disclosed are a bifunctional protein degradation-targeted chimera compound, a preparation method therefor and medicinal use thereof. In particular, the present invention relates to a compound as shown by general formula (I), a preparation method therefor and use thereof for degrading and inhibiting an FLT3 tyrosine protein kinase, particularly for preventing and/or treating human diseases including cancers. One end of the compound contains a group that binds to an E3 ubiquitin ligase, and the other end contains a group that binds to an FLT3 tyrosine protein kinase. Connecting by a linker can enable FLT3 to be located near the ubiquitin ligase. The compound shows a wide range of pharmacological activities consistent with dual functions of degrading and inhibiting the FLT3 tyrosine protein kinase. The definition of each group in general formula (I) is the same as the definition in the description.
