The present invention relates to a big data-based system, method, and program for predicting risk for disease incidence, wherein big data is produced on the basis of metabolism syndrome incidence factors accumulated with time and is analyzed to recognize or predict incidence or risk degrees of specific diseases, whereby risky conditions can be prevented in advance.
