Abstract:
A big data-based warning system and method, characterized in that: a warning platform acquires infrared thermal images of inner parts of high-rise buildings registered in a city which are reported by means of an Internet of Things; when the platform determines for each high-rise building that a hidden fire risk exists in an elevator of the high-rise building according to the infrared thermal images of the inner part of the high-rise building, the platform calculates a straight-line distance between the position information of each already-registered speaker device in the city and the position information of the high-rise building; when determining that a target speaker device whose straight-line distance to the position information of the high-rise building is smaller than a specified threshold exists among the speaker devices, the platform sends fire warning speech comprising the position information and the building name of the high-rise building having the hidden fire risk to the target speaker device by means of the Internet of Things; and the target speaker device plays back the fire warning speech. With the present invention, those elsewhere may know in time that a high-rise building has a hidden fire risk, thereby preventing great economic losses.
