Abstract:
A bilateral serrated corrugated fin, comprising a fin body (1). Multiple holes (2) are disposed spaced apart on the fin body (1). The fin body (1) is divided transversely into a corrugated section (3) and serrated sections (4) on two sides of the corrugated section (3). In the corrugated section (3), the fin body is formed with alternate streamline convex (5) and concave waves (6) along an air flow direction. The concave wave (6) and the convex wave (5) have the same amplitude and are distributed sinusoidally and symmetrically with respect to the longitudinal center line of the holes (2). In the serrated section (4), the fin body is formed with teeth (7) that are alternately convex and concave in a direction perpendicular to the air flow direction. The bilateral serrated corrugated fin can eliminate a flow boundary layer effectively, inhibits growth of the boundary layer, increases an average heat exchange coefficient, improves cooperation of a temperature field and a velocity field, has a low equivalent thermal resistance and enhances a heat transfer effect as a result of promoting a sufficient transverse mixture of fluid.
