Abstract:
A bimodal Raman-optical projection tomography imaging system. A laser beam subjected to beam expanding by a beam expander (1-2) irradiates a sample, modal optical signals are separated by a beam splitter (3), signals are acquired by using sparse sampling, an optical transmission projection signal acquisition module (5) acquires sample transmission light and forms an optical projection image, and a multispectral Raman scattered signal acquisition module (4) acquires Raman scattered light generated by the sample (S101); acquired data is subjected to background noise removal (S102); sparse sampling data is reconstructed by using TV-based minimization algebraic reconstruction technique (ART) (S103); a three-dimensional structure image and a three-dimensional chemical component image which are obtained by reconstruction are fused to obtain a three-dimensional volume image containing multiple information (S104). Raman spectral imaging and optical projection tomography imaging are skillfully combined into one system, so that triple information is provided and information better fit each other. The large scale sample imaging speed is high, and operation is easy and flexible.
