Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing: a binder composition that is capable of suppressing wind unevenness and that, after being formed as a layer, has excellent upper layer coating properties; and a compound, binder layer, optical laminate, manufacturing method for the optical laminate, and image display device. The binder composition of the present invention contains a binder and a compound having a group represented by formula (B1) or (B2) below. "Z" in formulas (B1) and (B2) above represents an organosiloxane group or an aliphatic hydrocarbon group having a fluorine atom.
