Abstract:
Provided is a binder composition that suppresses the swelling rate in an electrolytic solution while providing sufficient peeling strength. A binder composition according to the present invention includes a copolymer having monomer units derived from vinylidene fluoride, a fluorine-containing alkyl vinyl compound, and a crosslinkable monomer. The contained amount of the monomer unit derived from the fluorine-containing alkyl vinyl compound in the copolymer is not less than 2 mass% but less than 10 mass%, and the contained amount of the monomer unit derived from the crosslinkable monomer is less than 5 mass%.
