Abstract:
This binder composition for a non-aqueous secondary cell electrode contains a water-soluble polymer containing 0.1-20% by mass of monomer units derived from a monomer represented by the general formula (1): (1) CH2=C(R1)-NH-R2-OH (where R1 is hydrogen or an alkyl group and R2 is (CHR3)n(O(CHR3)m)l (where n=1-10, m=1-4, and l=0-3, and R3 is hydrogen or a C1-4 alkyl group)).
