Abstract:
Disclosed is a bio-based composite material containing lignin, belonging to the technical field of high molecular materials. The bio-based composite material is mainly prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 50 to 80 parts of lignin and 20 to 50 parts of a polyamide, wherein the polyamide has a structural general formula (I), wherein 5 ≤n ≤ 5000, R1 and R3 are aliphatic backbone structures, R2 is a side chain structure bearing an ester group functional group, and R4 is a backbone structure bearing thioether. Also provided is a preparation method for the composite material. The beneficial effects of the present invention lie in that the bio-based composite material containing lignin prepared by the present invention has a relatively good toughness when having 80% of lignin, the utilization rate of lignin is greatly increased, the application field of lignin is greatly widened, and the material has an excellent ultraviolet resistance, and has great industrial prospects and commercial value.
