Abstract:
A bio-based polyurethane coated controlled release fertilizer, and a preparation method therefor. The method comprises the following steps: introducing saturated water vapor into a closed device, so as to crack crop straw at a high temperature and a high pressure, instantaneously reducing the pressure and crushing the straw to perform an explosion; cleaning materials after the explosion, and removing water-soluble ions and small-molecule organic matters which do not participate in film formation; pre-liquefying the pretreated materials using an acid catalyst, then upgrading using a hydrogenation catalyst, so as to convert a carbonyl compound in a bio-oil into an alcohol substance; and reacting and spraying the extracted bio-oil and isocyanate on the surface of a fertilizer, so as to prepare a bio-based polyurethane coated controlled release fertilizer. The present method solves the problem of crop straw having a complex structure and composition, the liquefied product having high impurity content and poor crosslinking degree with isocyanate, and the formed polyurethane having strong hydrophilicity, etc., and the prepared controlled-release fertilizer has good controlled release performance.
