Title:
BIOCOMPATIBLE NANOPARTICLES
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2021/059408
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The purpose of the presention invention is to provide a biocompatible functional material useful for improving allergic symptoms and skin condition using a component contained in hot-spring water. The present invention provides nanoparticles characterized by: being formed from metasilicic acid in an acidic solution; containing a lipid component; and having a nanoscale size. The present invention also provides a method for producing nanoparticles, the method being characterized by forming nanosized fine particles containing a lipid component from metasilicic acid in a culture solution obtained by incubating a raw material including metasilicic acid and an oil/fat with a lactic acid bacterium such that the culture solution is acidified by lactic acid. Examples of the lipid component include ceramide, equol, and isoflavone aglycones.
