Abstract:
Disclosed are a biodegradable aliphatic-aromatic copolyester and a preparation method therefor, the method comprising: after continuously esterifying raw materials aromatic dicarboxylic acid, aliphatic dicarboxylic acid and aliphatic diol, adding an alkanolamine modified comonomer and carrying out continuous pre-polycondensation; inserting a tertiary amine group into an aliphatic-aromatic copolyester molecular chain; and then adding an isocyanate chain extender to carry out a chain extension reaction, such that the molecular weight, melt flow index and intrinsic viscosity of the obtained copolyester reach target values. Compared with the existing technology, the disclosed preparation method for an aliphatic-aromatic copolyester improves the efficiency of an isocyanate reaction during chain extension, and reduces the isocyanate residue rate. The disclosed biodegradable aliphatic-aromatic copolyester has relatively good hydrolysis resistance, and thus has wide application prospects in agricultural mulch.
