Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing a bioelectrode in textile form and a method for manufacturing the same, the bioelectrode being flexible, versatile, excellent in fastness, and resistant to conductivity decrease due to washing. Provided is a bioelectrode having a laminated structure including an electrical conductor and a fiber base material composed of non-conductive fiber, and a method for manufacturing the same. The electrical conductor contains carbon black and urethane resin, and the carbon black content is 15 to 35 % by mass relative to the electrical conductor. The carbon black is dispersed in particle form at least on the surface of the electrical conductor. The ratio of the longest distance to the shortest distance (longest distance/shortest distance) between a particle of the carbon black and an adjacent particle of the carbon black on the surface of the electrical conductor is 1 to 20. The surface of the electrical conductor has a wet rub fastness of grade 4 or higher.
