Abstract:
The present invention provides a biological body-attached detection device that is capable of maintaining good detection sensitivity to movement of a target site even if there is a change in the attached state, color of the skin at the target site, amount of moisture, skin quality, shape of the target site, and so on. This biological body-attached detection device includes a light emitting unit, a photoelectric conversion unit, a control unit, and an attachment unit, and is characterized in that the attachment unit is provided so as to attach the light emitting unit, photoelectric conversion unit, and control unit to a biological body, the light emitting unit is provided so as to irradiate the target site with light, the target site being the detection object vis-à-vis movement of the biological body, the photoelectric conversion unit is provided so as to receive light reflected by the target site and generate photoelectric current, and the control unit is provided so as to adjust the amount of light that irradiates the target site on the basis of the photoelectric current generated at the photoelectric conversion unit and is provided to detect, after adjusting the amount of light, the movement of the target site on the basis of changes in the photoelectric current generated at the photoelectric conversion unit.
