Abstract:
A biological catalysis method for preparing acetyl phosphoric acid. The method comprises the following steps: S1, filling a microchannel reactor 40 in a microchannel reaction device with a composite immobilized enzyme; S2, pumping a catalytic reaction liquid into a first microchannel sample adding groove 10; S3, pumping a lactic acid or lactate solution into a second microchannel sample adding groove 20 in the microchannel reaction device; S4, pumping a phosphoric acid or phosphate solution into a third microchannel sample adding groove 30 in the microchannel reaction device; and S5, starting the micro-channel reaction device to perform a continuous reaction at a reaction temperature of 28-37ºC, and collecting a product.
