Abstract:
Provided are a biological prosthetic tissue processing method and a biological prosthetic heart valve. At least part of a cross-linked biological prosthetic tissue is subjected to end-capping treatment and reduction treatment respectively in two steps, thereby reducing quite significantly a degree of calcification of the biological prosthetic tissue, while not affecting the mechanical performance of the biological prosthetic tissue.
