Provided is a biological safety quality control system for animal plasma, serum or blood, comprising a detection system, an animal blood sampling system, a blood storage system and a blood transportation system, wherein the blood sampling system comprises a venous blood sampling catheter (b), a plasma pump (13), a centrifugal machine (11) for separating blood into plasma and blood cells and a plasma bag (16); the venous blood sampling catheter (b), the plasma pump (13), the centrifugal machine (11) and the plasma bag (16) form a plasma sampling circuit; and the centrifugal machine (11), the plasma pump (13) and the venous blood sampling catheter (b) form a blood cell reflux circuit. By further combining same with the detection system, the blood storage system and the blood transportation system, the sterile blood sampling system forms a set of complete biological safety quality control systems for animal plasma or serum, eliminating hidden quality problems in terms of the biological safety of animal plasma or serum.
