Abstract:
A biological sample observation system according to one aspect of the present disclosure comprises: an irradiation unit that irradiates a plurality of line-shaped lights onto a sample including a biological sample; an imaging unit that receives light that has passed through a plurality of observation slits corresponding to each of the plurality of line-shaped lights; and an image processing unit (170) that optimizes, for each of the observation slits, a point image intensity distribution function and deconvolutes the optimum point image intensity distribution function and a fluorescent image based on the light received by the imaging unit.
