Provided is a biological sound measurement device with which measurement accuracy can be improved. A biological sound measurement device (1) comprises a sound measurement unit (3) that includes a contact surface (30) contacting a body surface (S) of a subject, and a gripping part (10) that supports the sound measurement unit (3) and is held by a measurer. An index finger (F) is placed on a recess (12) as the gripping part (10) is being held; the sound measurement unit (3) comprises a sound detector (33), a housing (32) that has an opening (32a) and forms an accommodation space (32b) accommodating the sound detector (33), and a cover (34) that closes the opening (32a) from the outside of the accommodation space (32b) and forms a pressure-receiving region (3a) that receives pressure from the body surface (S). The contact surface (30) is formed by the surface of the cover (34), and the opening (32a) is positioned along a straight line extending in the direction of a force (P) applied to the recess (12) by the index finger (F) when the contact surface (30) is pressed against the body surface (S) by the index finger (F) placed on the recess (12).
