Abstract:
Disclosed in the present application are a biological valve material, and a preparation method therefor and a use thereof. The preparation method comprises: S100, linking a first carbon-carbon double bond by means of a chemical reaction using amino on a biological material, wherein at least an aldehyde-based cross-linking agent is present in the reaction process of S100; and S200, under the action of an initiator, carrying out a polymerization reaction on carbon-carbon double bonds to obtain a biological valve material. According to the method, more and larger polymer cross-linked networks are formed by means of two times of crosslinking, the cross-linking degree of the biological materials is increased, and the anti-calcification performance is improved; and additional functional groups are introduced while carbon-carbon double bonds are introduced two times, so that the biological material can be endowed with new characteristics, and the performance of the biological material is further improved.
