Abstract:
The present invention relates to a composition and kit for diagnosis of Alzheimer's disease by using a novel miRNA biomarker to diagnose Alzheimer's disease and a method for providing information for diagnosis of Alzheimer disease, using same. In the present invention, a novel biomarker capable of predicting Alzheimer's disease is proposed to provide a composition and kit for diagnosis of Alzheimer's disease, whereby patients with Alzheimer's disease can be diagnosed promptly and accurately, and a suitable therapy can be provided for patients with Alzheimer's disease.
