Abstract:
A biomass TPU hot melt adhesive film, comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 85-100 parts of TPU particles; 30-50 parts of biomass; 40-70 parts of hollow glass microspheres; 20-50 parts of a foaming agent; 4-10 parts of zinc oxide; and 3-6 parts of a silane coupling agent. Adding the hollow glass microspheres to TPU can reduce the cost, and also enhance the biomass TPU material and achieve good environmental protection performance; adding the zinc oxide facilitates decomposition of the foaming agent and reduces foaming temperature; and adding the biomass realizes higher environmental friendliness and can achieve waste recycling, so that a biomass TPU hot melt adhesive film having good comprehensive performance is obtained.
