Abstract:
Provided in the present invention are a biomimetic bioengine yeast micro/nanorobot and preparation method therefor. The biomimetic bioengine yeast micro/nanorobot comprises a yeast cell wall having a capsule-shaped structure, drug-loaded nanoparticles, which are located inside the yeast cell wall, and biological enzymes, which are asymmetrically distributed on the surface of the yeast cell wall. The biomimetic bioengine yeast micro/nanorobot has a good biocompatibility, can greatly increase a drug loading rate, and can generate driving forces using glucose, hydrogen peroxide, urea, etc., promoting research on the application of bioengine micro/nanorobots and providing obvious practical significance and practical value.
