Abstract:
A bionic nerve graft and a preparation method therefor. The bionic nerve graft comprises a spiral stent, a nanofiber membrane, a guide fiber and hBMSC-ECM, wherein the surface of the spiral stent is coated with the nanofiber membrane; the guide fiber and hBMSC-ECM are placed in the lumen of the spiral stent; and the raw materials of the spiral stent, nanofiber membrane and guide fiber are all chitosan. The preparation method comprises: preparing the spiral stent by means of a die casting method; coating the surface of the spiral stent with the nanofiber membrane by means of an electrostatic spinning method; preparing the guide fiber by means of a template method; and filling the spiral tube coated with the nanofiber membrane with the guide fiber and hBMSC-ECM. The method is simple and low in cost, and the prepared bionic nerve graft not only ensures that there is sufficient mechanical support, good compliance and guidance, but also provides sufficient space for the transmission of nutrients for nerve regeneration, provides microenvironment elements for nerve regeneration, and has a good biocompatibility and low immunogenicity.
