Abstract:
The present invention provides a biosensing device comprising unit cells, each comprising: a source electrode and a drain electrode arranged spaced apart from each other; a sensing film which forms a channel between the source electrode and the drain electrode; a gate electrode arranged spaced apart from the sensing film; and a dam structure which surrounds at least a part of the edge of the sensing film and is formed of an insulating material, wherein the dam structure is configured to receive a precursor solution constituting the material of the sensing film before the sensing film is solidified.
