Abstract:
The present invention provides a biosensing device having unit cells arranged in an array, the unit cell comprising: a source electrode and a drain electrode disposed to be spaced apart from each other; a sensing film, which is a channel between the source electrode and the drain electrode; and a gate electrode disposed to be spaced apart from the sensing film, wherein the gate electrode includes an upper gate electrode and a lower gate electrode disposed to be vertically spaced apart from each other.
